DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM MY REVIEW WHEN THEY ASKED FOR MY OPINION: If I could give you guys 0 stars I would! I honestly wish I would have never ordered from you guys. I wish I would've read the REAL reviews online before ordering. Unfortunately I just read the only reviews (all 4-5-star) on your website, my mistake. The day I was ordering, I called the customer service number and someone answered right away. They were nice and answered my questions. I verified with them that if I shipped that day it would be delivered on the day I needed (July 23). When I placed the order, it said the recipient would receive the package on the delivery date I needed. I received a notification that it had shipped. However the recipient did not receive it until a WEEK later (July 30) of the anticipated delivery date. I understand that you guys shipped it but don't notify the customer that it will be delivered in 2-3 business days when in fact it would be delivered in a week!! When I realized that it would be a day late, I began to call your company. I then tried emailing you guys. Then I tried "chatting" on your website. CLEARLY there is no one working at your establishment since I could not get an answer. I called every single day until the package was delivered, and was on hold for over 30 min. hoping someone would answer. How is it that when I am placing an order, some one answers the phone right away?? Yet once the order is processing, no one can answer the phone. I also tried calling your number from a different cell phone and received a different prompt that allowed me to leave a voicemail!!! I left a voicemail and of course no answer. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT?! I don't know if this is how businesses are operated in Canada or wherever you're located, but in the US they are not. This was a very special present for someone and your company had to ruin it. You guys honestly should reconsider new management or treating your customers the right way. I will definitely be leaving a review on every review website since your company can't have the decency to return any of my calls, emails, or "chats". Do not bother messaging me or offering me anything. I will NEVER purchase from you guys again. Who knows if you guys will even read this, since no one cares about the customers anyway.
