This is what is happening now-They still charging me late fees and daily accumulating while I wait for someone to get back to me. I have asked to speak to corporate and no reply.
This is what is happening now. I have been charged unfairly with late fees. This past September they allowed us to pay our rent with debit instead of it coming out directly from my account. Wen I used thier new system, I thought it went well until I get late fee notices for everyday of September. I started calling them from when the first late fee came in and was told that "someone will get back to me". I have yet to speak to accounting and all I am getting our emails from a woman who thinks that I should be responsible for all these late fees. I tried and tried and tried to reach out to someone to discuss these fees and I kept being informed that they are busy or on the phone and that someone will get back to me. MEANWHILE, the fees kept stacking up! So finally, I had to send a loud email stating that no one is returning my call about these fees that are adding up daily. Finally a woman from collections admin decides to contact me, told my husband that they would take care of this after I sent her proof that I had paid on time but instead of doing that, she tells me that I have to pay all the late fees from September if I want all of October fees off. I don't believe that is what is suppose to happen! That those late fees are my responsibility for NSF that should have never happened if my payment went in before that occurred and in order to remove October that I would have to pay all of Septembers fees! What kind of company fights you tooth and nail for somethin that is clearly their fault. Everyday that I waited for someone to take care of this, late fees just kept adding up. You would think that they would have stopped them while they reviewed my proof of evidence of being a good tenant, paying on time. It is sad that I have this mental anguish from them and cannot focus on my family because they are digging thier heels. To this day in November, they are adding daily fees. Horrible Experience!! Also, they never sent anyone to fix the broken fence and took almost 6 months to send out a person to fix my ceiling fans! They need to own and stop taking money from others that clearly take care of their own financial responsibilities.
