Horrible returns process
Purchased an item online and the wrong thing was delivered. Contacted Lululemon and they said they will refund it and they “arranged for a collection by UPS on the next business day”. Total lie — UPS never emailed me, never came, and I’ve since asked Lululemon to schedule it and they say they will schedule another collection. Happened 4 times now, and nothing has happened. It’s been one month now. Will I ever get this stupid piece of crap returned? Will I ever get my money back? Will Lululemon stop being scammers? No.
