Booking made easy.
An easy website to use and booking was quite straightforward, although having booked with the impression that I was fully insured, at the desk I was asked if I wished to pay extra for excess cover and windscreen cover. Had I taken these up it would have virtually doubled the cost of the car rental. The directions for returning the vehicle to Lyon airport could have been clearer and directions to nearby petrol stations would have been helpful as the vehicle had to be returned with a full tank.
