We used ALTA to conduct an HR meeting with a native Korean speaking employee. This valued employee speaks very little English. Using an ALTA interpreter allowed us to have a meaningful and productive conversation about her professional development in her native language. She was so touched by the care and concern for her understanding. We will definitely use this service again.
