Customer service I received a beautiful gift from this company from my daughter. Beautiful necklace and a box to keep it in too. After 6 months my necklace was very worn and engraving not visible. I contacted customer services and after a few conversations they kindly replaced my item. Quality and details are just beautiful with so many options to choose from. I recommend this company.
