I was a victim of a scam and told llyods about this. The person who dealt with this was very abrupt and had no sympathy at all. I lost around 2000 pounds of my money due to fhis scam. I complained again and said they would get back to me by the weekend and no one has. I received 50 pounds in my bank. I beleive that thats a goodwill gesture and i will not receive any help. My bank is meant to help me in situations like this, i felt like i was just another number that they deal with on a daily basis. I have had no communication by email, letter or phone to let me know what the outcome was. It has now been 3 months since it happened. This has made my mental health worse because of all the money worries. Now i have to pay all the money back from scammers that prayed on me when i was vulnerable and put me in a bad place, now also my own bank. Very unhappy.
