I had I bought a simple pay-as-you-go SIM for a friend visiting me, but it has been impossible to cancel. Even after I disabled auto-renewal, Lycamobile continued to take money from my account every month without my authorisation. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, leaving me no choice but to raise a dispute with my bank. This experience has been frustrating, dishonest, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Lycamobile to anyone
