Bad experience began when the new tenant moved in the property. First I was charged wrongly of the invoice amount to my account, actually the amount should be charged to previous tenants deposit. Besides, the property manager of Thornley Groves failing to follow the repairing properly. When I was asked to replace the broken furniture, like dining chair. I replied to my property manager to get the quote for me, he said OK. However, he failed to do so, and only urged me for decision ! What decision he want me to make ? He seemed to forget everything he promised to do before, no quote is made by him! For the above bad experience, I had made a complaint to the senior management of Thornley Groves, however, nothing reply fro the company. Please be think twice before finding a property agent to take care your property!
