I have been using Direct Line Cruise for the last 4 years. I am a senior citizen and I find booking online very easy. When I do call their office they are very nice to work with and very helpful, professional and knowledgeable. Their prices seem lower then most travel agencies and their perks are great.

I love your website it is so easy to use, and when I have to call to ask a question I have almost always been given a imformative response. The only time I wasnt was when I was looking into taking a MSC cruise the two people I spoke with really had no experience with that cruise line. We still tried it because I have heard both positive and negative and was very pleasantly surprised with the cruise line so much so I just booked the same cruise and the same room for may 2025
