Nothing wrong with the policy booking…
Nothing wrong with the policy booking process and absolutely nothing wrong with the advisor I spoke to on the phone, he was very polite and efficient. I called to cancel a policy that hadn’t started as online it said I may have to pay a £50+ fee so I didn’t go any further and decided to call instead. My issue with this company is its overly aggressive and quite threatening pre- recorded blurb when you call. I found it so offensive that I would not consider using this company again. It was one threat after another. The not tolerating abusive behaviour was the only valid one. Every scenario threatened a fee if you didn’t action it online. They clearly do not want to employ actual human beings to interact with their customers. The overall tone of the message was bad, the customer who wants to speak to a person will have to pay. It’s a definite no from me.
