Innovation in the electricity market? What the??
I love Amber. I'm definitely MUCH happier - and FAR better off - paying wholesale for my electricity. Their website's a bit lacking in its usefulness, so you need to engage customer service via e-mail or Twitter for all account queries or changes, but once you get through the reps are *really* helpful. I think once they grow a little they'll be able to add some more functionality and polish - but don't mark them down for that just yet. They're doing something innovative in the eletricity retail market and I'm pleased to be along with them.
