Customer service is second to none. I changed my mind on colour during the ordering process and didn’t check the size on my final choice resulting in ordering the incorrect size. I realised my error a few hours later when I checked my confirmation email. I sent a message to see if my order could be changed and Raymond managed to cancel my original incorrect order and place a new order for the correct size. I was very impressed with the customer service which meant that I didn’t have to go through the return of the incorrect size and a delay in getting my new correctly sized Archies. Quick delivery meant I’ve been wearing my new super comfortable flip flops today Thank you to Raymond.
