I ordered a cooker & rangehood from Appliances Online on 26 May and was given a delivery date of 11 Aug. 11 weeks seemed like plenty of time to get the items into the country. Renovations & builder's schedule was arranged around this date. Turns out the delivery date was fictional, and no one from AO thought to call or contact me. I am now told the items will perhaps be delivered in October, 2 months after the original date, but I am not confident in this date as the support I have received from AO has been woeful and the story has changed so many times I can no longer trust anything they tell me. My advice to anyone thinking of buying from AO: if their price is best, take it to someone else who has the item in stock and who price matches and buy it from them, not AO.
