I have been using Postal Contacts for years now. Today is the first time I needed to request a change due to my prescription changing as I had just ordered contacts about a month ago. The agent I spoke with made sure my new prescription was on file and then created a return label and set up the new contacts to be shipped. It was the easiest exchange I have done and was very pleased with the ease of the process. Will definitely be continuing using postal contacts for my vision needs! Christina B.
