Need harder questions not practical enough
Need harder questions about practices- hand washing how to properly esp turning off tap with paper towel. Clean uniforms not wiping hands on apron with traces raw meat then prepping salad. More practical stuff less technical. Most sanitizers are watered down in cold water in pubs & restaurants - how should you clean tables people eat off? Also no second chance to review in exam only one chance then it goes important want to know the ones I got wrong and answers. Overall having prepped & cooked for customers think it is too easy for a level 2 some questions are really easy.
