Horrible experience as first time buyer
Horrible experience as first time customer. Their return is policy is extremely confusing the customers especially first time customer. It turns out they don’t even give you full month to return the item. Also color are different than shown in pictures. Item are overpriced because the make everything overseas that is South Korea and only throw around fancy words like their clothing is really something else. Very disappointed in my purchase and well customer service. They rejected my request to exchange one item. It looks like you only have 28 days to return starting from purchase day. Overpriced items made overseas. Not worth the hype. Also I don’t understand why they are no reviews for specific item. Also submitted my experience as a claim with bureau of consumer protection Won’t ever buy anything here again Also the didn’t accept the first return! It was my second order i returned because colors were significantly different form what you can see on their website. The claim that you put a lot of work in developing the fabric is false as well because nothing is made in the USA. They manufacture everything overseas for cheap labor work. I have never had worse experience as a first time customer. Don’t fall for their false marketing
