Wanted to cancel before completing order. Was then told I would only receive half of my money back, approximately £86. Decided to continue as this seemed too great a loss. Had a lot of trouble attempting to video details requested. I only have two hands but was expected to stand in front of a full length mirror while holding ID and taking video at same time. Also to stand on scales again in front of full length mirror and take video of full length body shots at same time showing weight on scale. After a couple of failed attempts I was advised they would accept still photos instead. Had trouble uploading photos, probably an age thing. Eventually my order was approved. This took several days and was a stressful experience. Not even sure they asked for a full medical history. I have had major surgery twice in last 8 months. Would not advise anyone to deal with Lloyds for this service. I will not be reordering, so just a complete waste of money.
