Experience has gone downhill
We enjoy the lessons mostly. We felt like the lessons were very structured and felt like we were making progress with our first teacher. Our teachers since have been quite vague in instructions in the pool, don’t move the lesson on well and we don’t feel like we’re making progress at all. We were told late notice that the lessons would continue over the summer, but this was not communicated with our teacher or the venue. We had a brilliant teacher step in to teach over the summer, but ended up missing a lesson with her because the pool wasn’t open. We now have another new teacher who has been ending the lessons early, which is disappointing when they are so expensive. We have been told this is because of how many children there are in the lesson. We enjoyed to begin with and because my little girl enjoys her lessons we continue, but if we could find alternative lessons at a convenient time we would move to them. I want my daughter to learn water safety and how to swim, but if it wasn’t for this we would stop going. Not sure if it’s just the location we’re in or if this is something other customers have experienced.
