Good products but very bad and rude customer service by untrained staff and manager
It's probably a good store with good collection of well known brands but terrible customer service from rude, inexperienced and untrained stora staff and manager. I went into their store in Kaufingerstarsse Munich and wanted bought a product which was had a price tag of 35 euros. When I went to the cash they charged me 40 euros. when I reacted and asked for the correction, they gave me excuses that they can't sell the product for the announced pric since their system show a different price. it's consumer rights 1.0 knowledge and rule that the seller MUST respect the price tag they publish regardless what their system says. Our conversation with the Manager Maria Texeira got heated very fast when I did not want to further listen to her excuses on how they didn't have the time to change the price tags, she told me that 'if I'm not happy with this then I should return the product'. I told her that I'd contact the management of the company and she'd learn the correct procedure in these cases then she accused me by threatening her and told me to leave the store. JD is a big corporate company but clearly failed in defining procedures and very obviously did not train their staff even a 'manager'. Extremely rude and arrogant attitude towards custimers should not be allowed or tolerated in such an institution.
