I filled out the questionnaire (for tooth pain) and paid the consultation fee. The website has an easy-to-use portal where you can track the status of your request. I received a response in less than an hour stating a prescription had been called into my pharmacy. It's important to keep in mind that antibiotics may only be a temporary relief until you can visit a doctor or dentist who can actually address the cause of the infection. The website states this over and over. They also explain that the cost of the meds will be extra and will be priced by the pharmacy you choose. Fast service and no surprises. Doctor Alexa is legit.
