disappointing experience
I topped up and called the customer service to help me to choose a bundle, despite a few times clearly telling which two country I will call, the adviser choose the wrong bundle and I couldn't make the country that I needed to call urgently. And I had to call the customer service again spend another half an hour and they told me it will take two hours to change and I cancelled my request and asked for refund in 5 minutes topped up with another network. very disappointed. its been years they are trading, still no success in customer service.
