My experience of Prime has been that they are helpful and professional. One's perception is often largely based on the primary contact and in this case Tierney Elkins does an excellent job in communicating and keeping residents informed. Tierney is always responsive and helpful, attributes which sound simple but which are all too often missing in services nowadays.
