Good start but soon changed
I received a prompt online consultation and messages were sent and received in a timely manner. However after the initial period I found any contact with the doctors left me doubting their knowledge and confidence in what they were prescribing. I had two specific queries to which I received generic 'read from a script' replies, even when pressed for more detail the ensuing response was again generic and not relating to my personal experience. Eventually I was told I could not continue with Lloyds Online after they had read my GP notes (almost three months after I signed up and began the medication!) Whilst it was good they took my health seriously in that instance, why did it take so long to check my notes? Also when I queried what the exact reason was stopping my medication, they couldn't satisfactorily answer - just the standard, bland response.
