Customer service? Do they have anyone working?
I am very nervous. I am not getting any traction on shipping my locker. It has been sitting in pending status for over a week now. I reached out to customer service with no response. How can a company have no phone number? It’s only a submitted ticket opportunity and after submitting there is no confirmation email. This seems like a completely virtual business with no customer service hired full time. I have over $500 in wine that is in the land of nowhere. I think I got ripped off and this company will be reported to better business.
