I bought a ring at The Hudson Bay in Canada Marla told me to contact Time Central, and they never answered the call; no one called me back. Very disappointed in how this reputable company handled this transaction, very bad, I would not recommend to buy jewelry from them, bad service, bad customer service, they don't stand by warranty policy. Stay away from Effy Jewelry company.
