I had emailed Imogen Windsor as a previous tenant - I'd recently moved address and was on the lookout for a letter I thought would have gone to my old address. Imogen really went above and beyond to check if it had been received, and asked the new tenants to notify her if anything came through. Communication was really great and Imogen was lovely. Very grateful for her service!
