False promises,i replied to your questions still no answer ,i send you order details and i explaind you the situation ,
False promises, hassle and very bad communication. Their delivery is never on time, the boxes the use to send the products are very bad quality and weak (and when i say weak i mean the always come almost broken and thinks get lost on the way)Me and my wife we are 8 years customers and we are really upset with the delivery .There famous about their bad delivery tactics and false promises of improvement .We repeatedly inform them about the issues and they lied to us that all is fixed .The post office told us also that is a very common problem with Zooplus .Never again.As you notice 4days now my comment is online no official response is made from zooplus lets see how long it will take
