Non-existent Customer Service Support
I ordered two solar garden lights. Received items in good time, but the one they sent me were faulty, they did not look new, scuffs marks and screw was missing. I emailed Home Bargains to inform them that the items I purchased from their website site are faulty. Received email asking me to elaborate and send proof of defective items. I did and I requested a refund. There was no invoice in the parcel, no label (nothing) I was constantly sending emails to get them back to the suppliers Home Bargains, Finally email from Home Bargains was sent to me with a label attached, which I then had to get it print off. I then sent a email to get a date when I knew that I would be at home. The date was agreed but I received a email Evri that they would not be coming to pick up the parcel but will come the following day (I took a day off work) Evri Courier did not turn up again. I have wasted my working day off, and 1 day annual leave. Defective goods still in my hallway, waiting to be removed from my home. No contactable phone number, Customer Service non existent. Very unprofessional company
