Sash (Sashan I believe he said his name was) was very understanding and helpful. He was patient to read through my file and enquire about how I'm managing and what my barriers are, and also (as previously agreed during a call going over my budget and displaying the fact I'm living with a deficit) helped me set up a genuinely affordable plan (I don't want to say exactly how much but for someone who lives in a financial deficit, even I find it affordable) so I'm able to almost entirely forget about the debt. I get it's daunting but just call the call over with and you'll thank yourself later.
