FRAUD
I deeply regret choosing Wyoming LLC Attorney and want to warn others against using their services. Initially, when you are not yet a customer, they respond promptly and effectively. However, once you become a customer and try to use one of the services included in their package, which they claim to offer for free, it becomes a struggle. When you post a review somewhere they will say they are going to look into it or refer you to someone for help but NOTHING happens. Since 2023, I have been requesting assistance with opening a bank account, a service that was supposed to be included in my package. Despite numerous emails, I received no response. Eventually, they directed me to a platform to fill in some information, but I lacked the necessary details. When I asked for clarification, I never received a response, despite sending multiple follow-up emails over several months. In 2024, I was notified that the renewal fee could not be debited from my bank account. I informed them that I have a foreign account and need to instruct my bank for the transaction to proceed. They had not informed me beforehand that the renewal was due. When I inquired about the amount to instruct my bank, I received no response, only repeated payment reminders. Eventually, I found an amount of $179 on their website and instructed my bank to make the payment. The amount was deducted, but then I received an email stating the total was $179 plus $60. The $179 was refunded to my account, so I instructed my bank again and emailed Wyoming LLC Attorney on 5/17/24. Weeks have passed, and I still have not received a reply, nor has the new amount been deducted from my account. Attempts to contact them through other emails and their customer portal have failed. The portal returns error messages, preventing my messages from being sent, despite me emailing them screenshots of these errors. They have never responded to these issues. This company preys on foreigners, exploiting our difficulties in contacting them and our unfamiliarity with local regulations. As a fellow foreigner, I urge you not to use their services.
