Avoid Alt tickets!!
Avoid Alt tickets. I bought tickets for a gig but unfortunately due to illness we were unable to attend. I contacted Alt tickets to cancel as I’d bought insurance through them with the tickets. They refused and said even though testing positive for Covid that we should attend anyway as there are no longer lockdown restrictions??!! I asked them if they were advising me to go against NHS advice and to endanger people’s lives, they didn’t respond.
