Placed an order around mid December for…
Placed an order around mid December for my daughter for New Years. We could not be together this year because of COVID so I wanted to surprise her and her partner. It is now January 4 and still no order. I have emailed them numerous times and tried to call the contact number. They have charged my credit card. Is this a scam or just horrible customer service?
