Fantastic customer service!
We booked a trip through Carole at Expedia cruise ships. She was incredibly organized communicative and honest throughout the entire process. Although our trip was to commence during one of the craziest time of the year during the beginning of the 2020 pandemic, Carole was on top of everything from beginning to end. From booking the trip to potentially rescheduling, to finally obtaining a full refund, Carole was incredibly informative, clear and prompt. When we are able to travel again we will certainly book with Carole again. We were very pleased with the professionalism and customer advocacy driven approach Carole provided throughout this entire experience.
