Responsive and helpful at first only
Responsive and helpful. Peter clearly explained what was being done and what I needed to do. I thought this to start with. Since this review I've changed my opinion. We have two phones in the house, both now with TalkHome. Since porting our numbers and inserting the sims we've been unable to make or receive calls. Despite over two hours on the chat line they've been unable to resolve things. I can't even call their helpline as the call fails! And the chat line has stopped responding to me! Very disappointing. May have to swap providers again which is a shame as it was a promising start. :-(
