When I ordered a new phone for myself I tried to get my son one too
When I ordered a new phone for myself I mentioned to the sales advisor that my son was also out of contract and that I would need to place a second order in a few days. When the second order was placed it got cancelled as I have not paid a bill. I would have to wait for 3 months before I could place an order for another phone. This was no mentioned by the first advisor at all. I even phoned O2 who said this was a rule by them and there would be no problem having a second phone. This is just AO policy and nothing to do with them. So be warned if your family is all due at the sometime DONT use AO
