Experience as a buyer
We have just purchased a house & Richard Kendal were the agent. Initial extreme disappointment with the very limited viewing time given & the rushed nature (also applicable to other viewings of different properties they were selling). That said afterwards once in the purchase process the service given by Karen Marijewko in particular has been excellent. Gave updates every week as promised & assisted with all elements of what turned into a complex purchase process for us. I only have experience as a buyer with this agent but if I were to market a property and Karen was acting on my behalf I would be very confident in her professionalism, ability to take instruction and importantly maintain an awareness of what’s going on & update me, which unfortunately is not the case with all agents.
