Just collected my Ford focus from John Grose Ford Lowestoft I would like to thank Gary the salesman for all his help with the purchase of the vehicle. He sent me a personalised video of the car arranged a test drive and I never felt any pressure at any time to purchase the vehicle. We agreed a price a date for collection and all went well .
