2-3 days for delivery? It was 10x that for delivery.
They say 2-3 days delivery for the sim from the point of order, I didn't receive it even a week later. I understood things can happen outside their control, so messaged them again. They didn't seem that interested, but sent another one out anyway. A week later, still no receipt of SIM. I message them again. Same thing. Three times they "sent" out another SIM to me, meanwhile I receive all my other post including Royal Mail 2nd class stuff with zero issues. It's been 1 month, and still no sim. I get fed up with their stoic useless responses over customer support who sound like they couldnt care less, so I cancelled the SIM last night. Lo and behold, it turns up today. They lie telling me its because of Royal Mail, but the royal mail delivery stamp on the envelope says 18-04-25 - so less than a week ago. Clearly they couldnt be bothered to send me one out before. I live in central London, not some rural welsh village or channel islands. Now I want to register it or activate it? I can't. They did refund my money to their credit, but the fact they said I can't even purchase a plan or use it, and it can only be disposed off is ridiculous. Absolutely useless customer support just tops it off really. Reading other reviews about bad connection might suggest I've dodged a bullet, but I'd still be willing to give it a go if they acknowledged my problem more empathetically - but the didn't, so... here we are.
