Worst experience to transfer from…
Worst experience to transfer from another network (transferred from Vodafone). I ported my number using a PAC code, however when I requested to cancel the process (in hindsight I thought a new number would be better as I get a lot of nuisance calls), the advisor said she'd pass the message to the relevant team but cannot guarantee it'll be cancelled. A few hours later I noticed on my portal it was cancelled successfully, however 2 days later (way past the selected date of transfer) my old number got disconnected from Vodafone and ported to Talk Home. Second problem, whenever contact Customer Services by phone, I select all the options needed then placed in a queue, however after waiting a substantial amount of time either the call will hang up or if an Agent does eventually answer they then immediately end the call, absolutely ridiculous! Next problem, is their mobile app which I couldn't log into so raised this with customer services. I have spoken with live chat numerous times only to be told to check back tomorrow as they have contacted the department to escalate but not heard anything back. So far this has been over 2 weeks and now I've decided to move to Lyca Mobile.
