Tom was absolutely fantastic throughout both our sale and purchase. He was always quick to respond, whether it was answering our (many!) questions or providing updates without us having to chase. His efficiency and clear communication made what can be a stressful process so much easier. What really stood out was that we always felt he had our best interests at heart. He gave honest, practical advice and was proactive in dealing with any issues that came up. It was reassuring to know we had someone so reliable on our side.
