Customer service is 10/10 I was not able to track my package and I reached out with customer service and the agent reached out with a screen shot and new link. Very friendly and quick turn around this is my second time buying from unice and I’ve always had a great experience . Can’t wait for the hair to get here I’m sure I’ll be happy and will continue to shop with unice
