Absolutely dreadful course. A powerpoint read by a robotic AI voice. I am a cleaner and have been for some time. I purchased the British Cleaning Course for an employee, thinking it would give them a little training before I took them on jobs. Thank heavens I reviewed the course first! The advice given is appalling. Unblocking drains, bleaching things, washing carpets. We aren't plumbers, or carpet cleaners! This kind of information would get a cleaner sacked.
