No delivery, no contact, no refund, no help!
3 weeks, no delivery, no contact, emails bounce back asking for customer satisfaction, phone them they refuse to help as it's an online order and they don't take phone calls. I searched the internet for the delivery company who it turned out had passed my parcel onto a 3rd party who in turn told me a lie and now doesn't answer my calls. This is beyond bad service! I apparently can't even get my money back until the item turns up according to their website. I've asked for a refund but nobody will respond. Why do customers get annoyed? This is why!
