Unprofessional and LIARS!!!
This is directed toward the portsmouth's north end brunch! The worst and the most scumbag people I had ever dealt with..... This is my months of honest experience and pure frustration dealing with beals. There are just too much to voice out here so I'll only give a few key examples here only. Me and my partner we're looking toforward to our new life relocating to portsmouth due to my new job and we approached beals north end for help with us looking for a new place to rent. This disrespecful person jasmin is the so called agent we're assigned to deal with. This unprofessional of a person literally lack soo much communication skill that soo many things were miscommunicated from the start... 1. We were under the impression that the unit will be partly furnished. We were informed that the minimal amount of furniture will be left behind for us to use like just a sofa in the living room only. We have our own furniture to move in with but on the day we collect the key for checking. The place is pack full with furniture, including beds in bedroom and a dining table in livingroom just to name a few. This forced us to for-go our own furniture.... We called jasmin about this and she does not even sound like she cares at all on the phone. Just kept saying the owner does not want to take away the furniture.... 2. On the initial call, both party agreed that the owner does not mind with pets. But when comes to closing the deal, we got thrown with a curve ball saying the owner want a raise because we have a pet... This is utterly the most disgusting attitude towards animals and the worst level of communication... Because of this, we're are forced to pay more just because we have pets. The worst part is, we didnt end up bring our pet with us in the end due to the chaotic BS and drama we have had to deal with these scumbags. Causing soo much metal stress and depression to my partner because our pet cannot come with us.... 3. Issues with the house was initially reported early on during the day we moved in. We live there for roughly a year+. NONE of the issues reported ever got address or fixed.... To the point it is soo ridiculous that on the week we plan to move out, only the handyman came by to only access the things that require fixing.... How much lower can these stupid people go down to the bottom of the barrel regarding their communication and professionalism... At the end of the day when we moved out, we did send an email to the main beals email notifying them we are retuning the key on a set date. But some how jasmin amazingly able to missed the email again. Saying that she was not inform regarding us returning the keys. Thats the final draw, we are absolutely done with dealing with these useless and brainless people. I honestly dont know if this is just a problem with portsmouth north end brunch issues or if this is an issue for the wider beals company but beals management team, if you are sincerely listening and if you do have a genuine human heart. Please clean up your act, this is no way to treat customers like that. We have all the email conversation archived as proof of evidence if needed. And as for jasmin, lucy and that one old guy that work with them, SHAME on you all for your disgusting treatment towards us!! How about grow a heart and be kinder and fairer towards people for a chance. Try that for once in your life.
