Joann.com is a joke i waited a month to…

Joann.com is a joke i waited a month to get an order they sent me the wrong color merchandise instead of telling me it’s out of stock and the item is still on the website for sale. Then I reordered (i needed more yarn and had no choice) this time i had some items shipped and other items for store pickup...the shipment is supposed to arrive tomorrow and some how the knitting needles i ordered for store pickup (because i wanted them sooner) are still not ready! How long does it take to bag knitting needles???????
