Terrible- won't allow you to log a complaint
3 emails I have sent this company asking to log an official complaint and for them to acknowledge this as well as send me a copy of their complaint procedure. The only respond to the parts of the email they choose to. I am having to go to pharmacy regulations. I paid for a Sat delivery they sent it via Royal mail on the wrong day. The med were left unattended The meds were cooked for 9 hors in my porch -ice pack melted packaging was warm I had to ask for the Saturday delivery fee back They assure me that the meds will be OK but I'm not injecting something that has been cooked into my body. I offered for them to exchange they ignored £360 of meds now going in the bin and me having to come off the injections as I can't afford to replace
