LEAST SIMPLE online pharmacy experience EVER .. waste d3+ hours of my life!
3-4 hours wasted.. Filled in all details... posted passport photo. kept getting bot messaging saying I needed to contact them. Tried to cancel order was told I could not as it was being processed! Got human phone call message called back after 6 nothing ....and they had even turned the bot off! next day spoke to bot.... rubbish waiting by phone at work 40 mins on phone to be told by human they are still reviewing it.... but couldn `t say when it would be reviewed on and on and on.... Then asked it to be cancelled and was done in 30 seconds FFS! after all that. This was for Next Day Delivery ha ha ha! The LEAST simple online pharmacy I have ever had. utter waste of my time..

Poor Service, No communication
I am writing to formally express my serious dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent order and payment. On Friday, 04/07/2025, I submitted full payment and promptly provided the two required photographs as instructed—both of which were originally and again the following day by email...no reply...again! Despite having followed all the necessary steps, I have received no confirmation, no update, and no indication whatsoever regarding the status of my order. This complete lack of communication is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards. I have made multiple attempts to resolve this, including calling your listed contact number (0141 774 5023), which doesn't even ring—there is no tone, no voicemail, nothing. I expect immediate clarification on the status of my order and a timeline for delivery. Stay away from this company everyone!!! They just want to take your money!
