Arranged Collection on Day I Had Said I Was Unavailable
Frustratingly a collection was arranged on a day I was away despite me telling the CBG that I was unavailable. The costs associated with their own error meant that offer was reduced by £700 to an unacceptably low amount. Very disappointing experience.
