I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed my order on the 18th because their website clearly stated that orders placed by then would arrive between the 24th–25th. Well, here we are, and my order is STILL showing as “processing.” Completely unacceptable. I needed this hair by November 29th for an important event, and the lack of communication only made everything worse. Every time I would send a message and get a reply, I’d follow up with a simple question—then hear nothing for hours. The slow, inconsistent communication combined with the shipping delays has been incredibly frustrating. If they can’t ship an order when promised, they should at least be honest about it. At this point, I’ve requested a full refund and will never order from this company again. This entire experience has been beyond disappointing.
